Step 2: Foundations Classes
Four personal training sessions focusing on learning basic CrossFit movements and proper technique for Olympic weightlifting. Our certified CrossFit coaches will get to know you individually as an athlete to focus on your fitness and health goals.
Step 3: CrossFit Classes
After finishing foundations classes, you will be welcomed into our CrossFit group classes. Our classes are led by our friendly and knowledgeable staff of Level 1 and Level 2 certified CrossFit coaches. Class workouts are constantly varied and focus on building healthier and stronger athletes! We offer a variety of class times and membership package options to fit your lifestyle and fitness goals.
