Fritz McIntosh (Level 1 CrossFit Coach)
Fritz played some soccer and then discovered tennis. His dog’s name is Crixus, and he eats tennis balls and pizza crust. Fritz too likes pizza, and occasionally indulges in french fries. CrossFit? Yea, he coaches it.
Favorite movements - Bench Press and anything else that adds inches to his ego. Least favorite movements - 1) Burpees. Burping is gross. 2) Double Unders. Fritz just has too much rhythm.
